Biography
Specialist Area: J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics – Placement
Background
Paul joined the Career Development Centre in NUI Galway in 2017 with over 13 years’ experience in the public, private, higher education and non-profit sectors in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. He is a graduate of University College Cork (BA Irish and German, MA Modern Irish) with extensive experience in the business sector and in recruitment.
Paul is responsible for sourcing and organising placement opportunities for students of the J.E. Cairnes School of Business and Economics. His work involves preparing students for placement and both building and maintaining relationships with companies.

- Bachelor of Commerce (Global Experience)
- MSc (Marketing Practice)
Hobbies and Interests
Paul is a keen follower of sport of all kinds, particularly GAA and football. He also enjoys playing golf or going to the driving range in his spare time.
